Sales Representative | Direct Hire | FT | $50-$60k salary Commission | Southern Jersey (Cape May & Cumberland County)
Busy commercial office is looking for a detailed, confident, and personable Sales Representative / Closer to join their team. If you are personable, motivated, organized, and efficient, this could be the perfect position for you! This exciting opportunity includes a company car!
A day in the life of a Sales Representative :
- Promote and sell Franchise services in assigned territory to meet or exceed assigned sales goals
- Grow and develop our customer base by identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle, setting up closing appointments, maintaining assigned contact lists, participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
- Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts
- Build customer relationships and rapport
- Compile and maintain Top 25 contacts to develop into clients
- Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met
- Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one closing meetings
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
