- Generate and manage sales reports and shipment notifications
- Maintain vendor records and assist with CRM updates
- Coordinate late shipment resolutions and customer inquiries
- Process contract orders, claims, and invoice corrections
- Serve as a liaison between purchasing and accounting
- Support inventory audits and customer order pickups
- Handle administrative duties, including answering department calls
- High school diploma required, associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in administrative, customer service, or trading support roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn internal systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
