We are seeking a skilled Virtual Child Therapist to join our team at Monarch Therapy LLC. As a therapist on our team, you will provide telehealth therapy services to children and families across the country. This role requires a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
About the Role:
Our ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, valid state licensure, and experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting. You will also have knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions for children, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families. We offer flexible, part-time hours (average of 10-20 hours per week) and the opportunity to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions to children and adolescents via secure telehealth platforms.
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure effective communication and support outside of therapy sessions.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice.
- Stay up-to-date with current therapeutic techniques, research, and practices in child and adolescent mental health.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW), or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting (telehealth experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions for children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
- Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using secure telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
