Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Assist sales managers by managing follow-ups with leads, ensuring customers remain engaged throughout the shipping process.
- Update customers on the status of their shipments, addressing questions or concerns.
- Help resolve customer issues post-booking, including coordinating with dispatch for updates and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales managers to qualify leads and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and lane capacities to suggest adjustments to quotes.
- Collect customer reviews after successful deliveries to enhance company reputation.
- Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative support is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in using CRMs, email platforms, and communication tools.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing tasks effectively.
- Availability: Flexible scheduling with availability during business hours (can vary based on company needs).
- Competitive compensation $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 per year (1099 position) (Non-Us Based)).
