Job Description: Entry-Level IT Technician at Monarch Trophy Studio

Monarch Trophy Studio is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting various technology and equipment systems within our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot basic technology and equipment issues: As an Entry-Level IT Technician, you will be responsible for promptly identifying and resolving basic technical issues that may arise with computers, printers, lasers, point of sale (POS) systems, phones, website, internet, email, and Wi-Fi. You should have a good understanding of common hardware and software problems and be able to provide timely solutions.
• Maintain company equipment: You will be responsible for the regular maintenance and upkeep of company equipment, including computers, printers, lasers, POS systems, phones, website, internet, email, and Wi-Fi. This involves performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring software updates are installed, monitoring equipment performance, and addressing any issues that may affect their functionality.
• Experience with web design and Shopify (a plus): Having knowledge or experience with web design and Shopify is considered a plus for this role. You may be involved in maintaining and updating our website and online store, assisting with product listings, and providing technical support to customers who encounter issues with the online platform.
• Communication and collaboration: Good communication skills are essential for this position. You will be required to effectively communicate with team members and end-users to understand and resolve technology-related issues. Additionally, you may need to provide basic training or instructions to employees regarding the proper use of equipment and software.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with little supervision: We value individuals who bring a positive attitude to the workplace and are self-motivated. As an Entry-Level IT Technician, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical certifications or coursework, A and Network Certifications
• Basic troubleshooting skills for technology and equipment issues.
• Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting computers, printers, lasers, POS systems, phones, website, internet, email, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience with web design and Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with Active Directory

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
