What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving position at Monarch Trophy Studio?
Duties:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities and perform calculations
- Operate a pallet jack to move and organize packages
- Count and update inventory as needed
- Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas
- Use locate and retrieve items for order picking
- Operate a reach truck to load and unload shipments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred
- Ability to lift heavy packages, up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks
- Experience using UPS and LTL shipping processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory control
