Drs. Andrea and Charlie Benson are excited to open a dream clinic in their hometown of Saint Charles! Do you dream of one day becoming a veterinarian or certified technician? Do you love working with and learning about animals from dogs and cats, to ringneck parrots, bearded dragons, guinea pigs, and hedgehogs?
We need motivated, friendly candidates to help us become a community staple for animal care and client communication. Drs. Andrea and Charlie are young, experienced, and excited to teach. The main job requirements are a sunny disposition and a willingness to learn.
Salary
Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience – starting at $18/hour

· Mon-Thurs 8-6
· Fri 8-4
· No weekends!
Experience
Previous experience not required – just a willingness to handle animals and learn on the job
Responsibilities
· Learn and perform safe handling of pets for exams and treatments under supervision of the doctor and/or technician
· Assist in upkeep of the clinic – cleaning, picking up, feeding/singing to Figment, the resident lizard
· Help keep appointments on time with good situational awareness and client communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
