Project Manager Position: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage key projects from initiation to completion. The primary objective of this position would be to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while ensuring safety, deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met. This person will be responsible for ensuring that correspondence is properly distributed within the company and the owner as well as creating and maintaining reports, tracking costs, completing schedules and carrying out other construction-related duties.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute projects from concept through to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Communicate with Company and Owner daily to provide required project information.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor and manage labor, tools and material spending.
- Track, update and communicate schedule internally and to the owner.
- Manage project resources effectively and allocate tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
- Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues as they arise.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Expectations:
- Preferred to have a degree in Construction Management or a related field experience.
- 3 years of experience managing industrial construction projects, including experience with large-scale industrial facilities and/or manufacturing plants.
- Experience in contract negotiation and management with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Handle multiple priorities, duties, jobs/projects and responsibilities.
- Assemble diverse data and prepare reports.
- Demonstrate sound judgment.
- Ability/willingness to travel.
- Meet work or exceed commitments utilizing effective work habits and a positive attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft products including Excel, Access, Project, or Primavera.
- Know, understand and follow professional work practices as well as Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality.
