Monarch NC, a provider of high-quality and trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in Greenville, RI.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide medical services and active treatment to individuals, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, in a designated setting in an effort to enhance daily living. You will provide nursing services including administration and monitoring of medication, nursing assessments and interventions. You will also coordinate efforts between pharmacies, physicians, laboratories, etc., in order to ensure medical needs of individuals being supported are met and coordinated safely.

To Qualify, Candidates Must Have The Following
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Candidates must be a Rhode Island Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- At least 2 years of experience working in Behavioral Health.
