Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee records and maintain HR databases
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Assist in employee relations and performance management across six ABA clinics
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant regulations for all clinics
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Assist with HR initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement at the clinic locations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in HR or administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment
- Experience with multi-location HR management is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus
