Location: Northwest Ohio (Findlay, Ottawa, Van Wert, Lima, Upper Sandusky, Defiance)
Travel: Up to 80% to MonArk’s Clinics
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Branch Manager to oversee operations across our six clinics in Northwest Ohio. This individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong leadership across all locations. In addition to regional oversight, this role will require stepping in as an acting Branch Manager when needed and providing coverage for staff vacations and leaves of absence. The position requires up to 80% travel to MonArk’s clinics and can be based out of our Findlay home office or another MonArk location. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with the Clinical Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality care.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to clinic managers and staff.
- Step in as an acting Branch Manager when a location is without leadership.
- Assist clinics with daily staff scheduling to optimize coverage and service delivery.
- Assist with clinic coverage during vacations, leaves of absence, or staffing shortages.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture across all locations.
- Work closely with the executive team to align regional goals with MonArk’s mission and vision.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance to maintain a high-functioning team.
Travel regularly to clinics to provide hands-on support and ensure operational consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional problem solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple locations is a plus.
- A desire to learn and grow in the practice of Applied Behavior Analysis and managerial skills
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time across Northwest Ohio.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
