Office Assistant
Seeking part-time 25-hour per week assistant to help oversee the day-to-day operations of running office efficiently. Ensuring smooth functionality by managing administrative tasks, supervising staff, handling office supplies. Maintaining efficient communication with customers and vendors. Key responsibilities include Payroll and payables using SAGE 50 program. Organizing meetings, managing budgets, filing systems, and addressing administrative issues to support the overall productivity of the business. Assist with Travel arrangement. Proficient in Excel and Word.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
