As our Pharmacist Assistant you will be responsible for assisting Pharmacists with daily retail and mail order pharmacy operations. You will engage with customers, building relationships and identifying opportunity top drive value and provide an amazing customer experience. You will support the front counter, process transactions, receive inbound calls and maintain front of house functions. You are an energetic self-starter that is passionate about connecting with others and eager to grow in this exciting industry.
Main Duties:
- Customer engagement & support including greeting, processing transactions, discovery dialog and any subsequent follow-up
- Operate internal pharmacy systems including email, order processing & CRM
- Assist with the management of pharmacy inventory
- Assist with the maintenance of front of house functions, including OTC inventory, product displays and other retail operations
- Assist in processing and preparing prescriptions
- Complete local deliveries as required
Employment Requirements:
- Previous pharmacy experience and/or education
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations
- A proven ability to build relationships with customers and drive value
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as required
Salary : $20 - $25
