Join Monash University as a Associate Professor or Professor of Speech Pathology and take the helm in establishing and growing our Speech Pathology discipline to drive educational innovation, research excellence, and professional engagement.

As a Level D Or E Academic, You Will

  • Lead Program Development: Design and establish world-class Speech Pathology courses, ensuring accreditation and alignment with contemporary practice
  • Champion Research Excellence: Conduct internationally leading research, publish in high-impact journals, and secure competitive research grants
  • Inspire and Mentor: Build and lead a dynamic academic team, fostering collaboration and mentoring early career researchers and students
  • Drive Strategic Impact: Represent the program on the School Executive, align efforts with university strategy, and build strong industry and clinical partnerships

  • A doctoral qualification with recognition as a leading authority in Speech Pathology or a related field
