What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Maintenance Assistant for Historic Monastery Building position at Monastery Heights?
Prosper at Monastery Heights is seeking a someone to join the maintenance and facitlities team as an entry level maintenance assistant to aide in the upkeep of our beautiful and historic monastery building. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for light maintenance and to help with the upkeep of the building, outside grounds, parking lots, lawns, and gardens. This also includes helping with snow removal and de-icing of walkways, as required. The individual in this position reports to the maintenance director each morning to review jobs and duties for the day. The right candidate for this position must have the ability to interact with our residents in a courteous manner, to be organized and orderly in their work habits.
