In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and provide support to patients and their families throughout their stay. You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, developing individualized care plans, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and assess patients presenting to the emergency department
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state where you practice
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
