Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the emergency room during the designated shift. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the management team to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care
- Serving as a resource person for staff and modeling a commitment to our organization's vision and values
- Participating in quality assessment and improvement initiatives
- Supporting engagement efforts through operationalizing current nursing strategies
Requirements
Previous Emergency Room experience is required for this position.
