Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing assessments of quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
- Support efforts to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding and hourly rounds.
Requirements:
- Previous Emergency Room experience required.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
