About the role :

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager who will develop strategic relationships and integrations with new partners across the data and technology industry. Your primary responsibility is to identify, contact, and sign new partnership agreements with target companies. You’ll also nurture and expand upon our collaboration with existing partners, including Google, SAP, and Databricks. Together with our product team, you’ll support the technical integration between our software and the partners, ensuring its maintenance and long-term success. Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end partnership lifecycle and for maximizing its mutual advantages.

Key facts : Start date is J anuary 2025 , location is Boston, and base salary starts at $130K gross / annum (based on experience).

Your responsibilities :

Global partnerships strategy : Develop and execute our global partnerships strategy, building a strong partner value proposition and prioritized partner acquisition and success roadmap

New partner acquisition : Build a prioritized partner acquisition roadmap, reach out to new potential partners, and execute partnership agreements with data marketplaces, data platforms, and technology partners

Platform integrations : Support our product and tech team to integrate new partners with our platform seamlessly

Partner management & success : Collaborate with existing partners like Google, Databricks, and SAP and ensure we achieve our common goals together, building long-term, successful relationships

Partner co-marketing : Collaborate with our marketing team to drive co-marketing activities with our partners

Minimum qualifications :

You have 4 years of experience in a partnerships role

You have built partnerships with enterprises with proven, mutually successful outcomes

You have a talent for forging relationships with international contacts and an appreciation for different business cultures globally

You can grasp technical concepts

Bonus qualifications :

You’ve built partnerships in Monda’s target markets : the US and APAC

You’ve worked in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up

You’ve previously supported technical integrations

You’ve previously succeeded in a (tech) sales role

You hold a university degree in International Business, MBA, or similar from a top university
