We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and oversee financial operations across the portfolio while playing a key role in corporate development strategies.
What You’ll Do:
As the CFO of Monday Collective, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a key driver of financial performance, strategic growth, and portfolio expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Portfolio Oversight:
- Oversee the financial health and operations of all current portfolio companies, ensuring profitability, cash flow optimization, and risk management.
- Develop and implement scalable financial processes and systems across the portfolio.
- Monitor and report on financial performance metrics for all companies to ensure alignment with the collective’s goals.
2. Corporate Development:
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and divestitures, partnering closely with the leadership team to evaluate opportunities.
- Shape corporate development strategies, including identifying and structuring new deals and expansion initiatives.
- Support fundraising efforts as necessary to fuel portfolio growth.
- Strategic Leadership
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute the organization’s long-term vision.
- Collaborate with operating company leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a mentor and leader, building and empowering high-performing financial teams across portfolio companies.
3. Financial Operations
- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at the holding company level.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications:
- 10 years of financial leadership experience, including time as a CFO or senior finance executive (preferably in private equity, investment management, or a family office).
- Strong understanding of corporate development, including M&A, deal structuring, and valuation.
- Experience overseeing financial operations for multiple entities or portfolio companies.
- Proven ability to implement financial systems and processes for growth-stage organizations.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
