As the Projects Product Manager, you will enable our customers to leverage projects to meet their needs and achieve their desired outcomes. You will be responsible for establishing a shared vision for your area, working closely with cross-functional team members across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, to develop a winning roadmap, and deliver it.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that customers need and love, and drive measurable impact.
  • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify the biggest opportunities for impactful improvements.
  • Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft effective product strategies.
  • Motivate and inspire a team of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Your Experience & Skills

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of driving outsize impact on customers and the business
  • You have previous experience leading B2B SaaS products
  • You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to gain insights and drive product decisions.
  • You have previous experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • You are passionate about building great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details, UX, and design
  • You are a strong collaborator, being able to partner with others in the team and across the org to achieve your goals
  • You are a self-starter who is a fast learner, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • You have strong communication skills and have the ability to thoroughly explain the rationale of product decisions
