As a Senior Product Manager for monday.com’s Learning ecosystem, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online learning for our customers. You will be responsible for building and scaling our learning ecosystem, ensuring it delivers exceptional user experiences and drives significant business impact.
- Establish a compelling vision for the customer education ecosystem, with focus on creating an engaging, personalized, and AI-powered learning experience.
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and use these insights to personalize learning journeys, recommend relevant content, and optimize the platform's effectiveness.
- Explore the integration of AI technologies, to create intelligent features like personalized learning paths, adaptive quizzes, and intelligent tutoring systems.
- Design and implement gamification elements to increase user engagement and motivation.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces that prioritize ease of use and a seamless learning experience.
- Work closely with Instructional design, engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective learning platform.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the learning platform, such as user engagement, course completion rates, and knowledge retention.
