Notary Public

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mobile Notary Public to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing notarial acts, ensuring the integrity of documents, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Notary Public will play a crucial role in providing reliable services to clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Notary signing - We pay $100-$150 $1 per mile over 10 miles per customer signing meeting
• Yard sign placement - We pay $2.00 per yard sign placement. Average employee hangs 15 signs per hour
• Communicate with clients and fill out an intake form. We pay $100 per intake form filled out when clients call
• Must have Microsoft Office and some experience with Word and Excel
• Collaborate with other team members to support overall office operations.

Skills

• Some Word and Excel experience
• Excellent phone etiquette to maintain professional interactions with clients.
• Ability to type efficiently for documentation purposes.
• Speaks Spanish and English fluently

Job Type: Contract
