As the Director of Digital Communications, you’ll lead a team of digital strategists, drive audience engagement, and shape the company’s digital presence across key platforms.
The Role:
- Lead the global digital communications and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Oversee and optimize digital and social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that strengthens brand storytelling and visibility.
- Lead the paid media strategy, collaborating with performance marketing teams.
- Establish partnerships with key industry advocates, customers, and third parties to support brand reputation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 12-15 years of experience in digital communications and social media.
- Expertise in paid and organic social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategy development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive advising experience.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
