As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing a variety of research methodologies. The ideal candidate will be a team player and can quickly adapt to change!
The Role:
- Manage multiple qualitative and quantitative research workstreams simultaneously.
- Handle administrative tasks such as contract setup, invoicing, and scheduling/notes for meetings.
- Draft research instruments based on project manager direction.
- Assist with data analysis and create charts/graphs for client reports.
- Collaborate with and manage research vendors, including recruiting partners for qualitative work and fieldwork for surveys.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior agency experience preferred (PR, marketing, consulting, communications, or polling).
- Proactive team player with initiative and resourcefulness.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for data, text, and visuals.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
