As Vice President you will be responsible for account management, media relations, and of course business development. The ideal candidate is analytical and interpersonal with a knack for being detail oriented.
The Role:
- Mentor, motivate, and coach team members to foster continuous skill development and long-term professional growth.
- Drive new business efforts by leading pitches, conducting meetings, scoping projects, analyzing needs, and developing proposals or RFP responses.
- Oversee operational and financial performance of account teams, ensuring high-quality work, adherence to deadlines, streamlined processes, and consistent achievement of agreed-upon goals, deliverables, and metrics.
- Provide strategic counsel with a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, offering insightful guidance on leveraging communications strategies to achieve key objectives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong media relations expertise with a proven ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling.
- Exceptional client and account management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships and overseeing workflow and profitability of account teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience in an entrepreneurial agency environment.
- Proven ability to develop strategic media plans and create a range of client materials with minimal oversight, successfully executing large-scale campaigns at both strategic and tactical levels.
