Bach deg or forgn equiv in Industrial Engg or a related engg field & 5 yrs of progressive exp in a biz development or proj mgmt position in the manufacturing industry for consumer products. Must have exp : identifying, assessing & mitigating proj-level risks; designing & prioritizing biz reqs & capabilities; managing the cost, schedule & quality of multiple proj deliveries; developing & managing CAPEX budget for manufacturing sites; & using Lean 6 Sigma. 25-30% domstc & intl travel reqd.
