As the SAP Delivery Manager, you will take a strategic leadership role, focusing on warehouse management and logistics digital solution initiatives. The role demands exceptional leadership in driving digital transformation efforts, specifically the transition from SAP WM / EWM to SAP S4HANA. You will provide visionary leadership in steering multiple projects and fostering collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of MDS projects that align with the overarching business strategy.

What You Will Bring to the Role :
Leadership in Digital Transformation : Proven ability to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, particularly within logistics and warehouse management, while driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation.
Strategic Vision : Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that align technology solutions with broader organizational goals, enhancing operational efficiency and future-readiness.
Advanced Program Management Expertise : Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple large-scale logistics IT programs, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
SAP Expertise : Deep functional knowledge of SAP EWM with a strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA, applying this expertise to enhance warehousing and transportation solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement : Exceptional ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, both internal and external, ensuring alignment of business and technology objectives.
Vendor Management Skills : Experience in technology vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management, ensuring successful partnerships and project delivery.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is (USD 117,400.00-161,425.00); the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
