Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Capabilities: APEX (Trade Promotion Management – TPM) Reporting & Functionality
Reporting to the Senior Director of RGM Capabilities, the Senior Manager of APEX Reporting & Functionality role will strategize, lead, manage, and deliver best-in-class APEX Reporting and Functionality to enable the organization to drive and deliver profitable revenue growth strategies harnessing our technology, data, and the power of our brands and portfolio.

Senior Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Capabilities: APEX (Trade Promotion Management – TPM) Reporting & Functionality
Reporting to the Senior Director of RGM Capabilities, the Senior Manager of APEX Reporting & Functionality role will strategize, lead, manage, and deliver best-in-class APEX Reporting and Functionality to enable the organization to drive and deliver profitable revenue growth strategies harnessing our technology, data, and the power of our brands and portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead an in-depth situation assessment of existing APEX Reporting and Functionality to identify opportunities to innovate, improve, and revamp APEX Reporting and system/user Functionality.
- Lead and strategize with a leadership group from Sales, Sales Planning, Commercial Finance, Mondelez Digital Services (MDS), and Customer RGM teams to develop a prioritized action plan to improve APEX Reporting and Functionality.
- Own and lead the TPM Reporting and Functionality Taskforce consisting of functional leaders from Sales, Sales Planning, Commercial Finance, and Customer RGM to ensure collaboration and support for the company’s Reporting and Functionality roadmap.
- Develop and own the multi-year and cross-functional Reporting and Functionality technology roadmap incorporating all future Sales, Commercial Finance, Mondelez Digital Services (MDS), and RGM requirements.
- Lead and execute a comprehensive overhaul and revamp of APEX Reporting resources and capabilities, including introducing exception and QA/QC reporting.
- Lead all efforts to ensure the quality and accuracy of APEX Reporting.
- Co-own with APEX Training and User Support training for APEX Reporting
- Lead and own a Super User group focused on improving APEX Functionality.
- Lead and own all aspects of the ongoing APEX Reporting and Functionality efforts, including resource proposals and budgets.
- Lead the tracking and reporting of the impact of TPM Reporting and Functionality efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or similar required
- 3-5 or more years of experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Leadership experience in a matrix environment
- Prior RGM, TPM system, Training, or Sales experience is a plus
