What You’ll Do
Education: Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience: This position requires previous Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience (approximately 5-7 years minimum). Category management success within an Omni channel environment.
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

What You’ll Do
- Build lasting business relationships based on trust and confidence
- Provide thought leadership through an Omni category management approach
- Partner with eCOM site merchandising team, customer sales VP, and senior merchants to drive conversion, share, and topline growth metrics
- Drive eCOM best practices around assortment, content, search, and activation to meet customer expectations
- Leverage data science tools to improve digital commerce capabilities and drive improved site merchandising
- Identify and implement automation tools to achieve speed to insight
- Proactive Business Curiosity
- Demonstrate a growth oriented, problem-solving mindset to define and answer ambiguous business questions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment, comfortable with prioritizing multiple deliverables, and overlapping deadlines
- Possess a consultative selling approach with solid business analytics acumen to deliver cohesive, collaborative selling stories
- Experience building, executing, and maintaining digital shelf and content
- Solid understanding of which key success factors drive digital merchandising and grow digital market share
- Capable of combining data visualization with supporting shopper insights into a cohesive, collaborative selling story
- Develop customer relationships through regular in-person and virtual engagements
- Develop and lead digital assortment and strategy reviews, translate strategy into priorities, and provide customer specific digital shelving and assortment recommendations
- Provide 30/60/90 marketplace overviews, identify omni gap opportunities, and provide retailer with department, category, and item level recommendations
- Provide reporting for the customer that tracks market share, POS drivers and drags, and price leadership
