As a Senior Manager, Sales Transformation reporting to our Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Transformation, you will play a critical role in bringing our long-term sales transformation strategy to life through supporting the advancement of programs and priorities that drive growth and achievement of v2030 aspirations. You will foster collaboration with Sales Leadership team and Retail Execution team, ensuring senior stakeholder alignment to define and accelerate transformation.

What This Role Does
- Support Senior Director, Sales Strategy & Transformation with progressing various programs and priorities
- 3-5 year horizon assessment of key sales trends – Mondelez strength and opportunities
- Appropriate external benchmark for large/small players – direct competitors or peers
- Support new project assessment, scoping, pilot design and related analytics based on business priorities
- Lead Convenience Channel Strategy Roll Out– lead day to day execution of the pilot roll out, in partnership with convenience and sales team
- Program is already in motion and requires program management liaising with multiple stakeholders, assessing data and results, engaging leadership to make adjustments highlight issues to resolve barriers
- Travel to key markets, ensuring project alignment, assessing challenges and implementing strategic solutions while creating strong stakeholder partnership to ensure clear execution against the strategic plan
- Support development of strategies to boost impact of our DSD network
- Drive Customer-centric strategies by analyzing consumer behavior, sales data and market trends to enhance go-to-market execution
- Lead and execute high-impact sales projects focused on optimizing RTM and portfolio strategies and enhancing operational efficiencies for our brands
- Implement key strategic playbooks, assessing risks and leveraging learnings along the way
- Collaborate across Sales (specifically Category Planning), Marketing and Supply Chain teams to streamline execution and ensure on-time delivery of initiatives
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, retail partners, external networks
- 7 years of experience in sales & retail leadership role
- Deep retail and sales acumen with a strong understanding of E2E commercial processes and customer ecosystem. Experience with
- Convenience and DSD models preferred.
- Strategic project management skills with experience in pilot design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and strategic vision to overcome operational roadblocks
- Ability to pivot, leaning in where needed
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and collaboration skills to maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority
- University Degree, Masters Preferred
