You oversee the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects led by a team of project managers. You prioritize projects and resources to ensure objectives are met. You may also manage some project(s).
How you will contribute
You will :
- Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.
- Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live.
- Identify, assess and mitigate program / project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessary.
- Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology.
- Communicate program-level reporting and status updates.
- Develop the resources on your team. You will also coach and mentor project managers from other teams to build capability in the organization.

Salary :
The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
