- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.
- Gain experience in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
- Process incoming orders
- Submit Scheduling request and follow through.
- Track orders through manufacturing process
- Process shipping requests
- Coordinate incoming Artwork & Graphics with appropriate department.
- Coordinate necessary documents for billing and/or credits/debits.
- Research customer inquiries
- Serve as backup to other Customer Service Rep with customer direct contract responsibility.
- Utilize pricing tables to ensure adherence to customer contracts and agreements.
- Attend and participate in new business meetings.
- Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders and correspondence
- File Maintenance

- Graduation date between December 2023 and Summer 2025, preferred field of study in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Must possess good analytical, numerical, problem solving and reasoning abilities.
- Must be willing to travel to manufacturing facilities.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Minimum pay for position $53,000.00 based on experience
- 40hr work week on site
