- 7 years of performance marketing experience
- Agency experience
- Direct People Management experience || This role will have 2 SR Manager direct reports, who each have 3-4 Account Managers reporting to them
- Hands-on managing 2-3 Client accounts oversight of Direct Reports accounts
- Need operator experience hands-on, in-platform experience launching campaigns, building strategy, QA decks for the team.
- Can be an operator in the following 3 areas :
Priority) Paid Search / Social Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, etc
