Job Title : Mid-Level Developer

Duration : Contract-to-Hire
Compensation Range : $65-70 Per Hour W2
The estimate above represents the candidate's typical compensation range at the time of hire. Several factors may be utilized to determine your hourly rate including but not limited to years of experience and specific skillsets compared to employees in this role. Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Requirements :
3-5 professional Full Stack Engineer experience
3-5 years of Front End Development experience with Javascript VueJS OR ReactJS
1 years of backend experience with .Net professionally
This role will be coding daily 80% Front End User Interface coding with VueJS (primary language) and Javascript 20% back end with .Net
Exposure to AngularJS (the legacy code is in angular- candidates must be willing to be trained on Angular if they haven't worked with it in the past)
Agile experience (Jira)
Soft skills - strong communication, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (this team is a startup within a large company)
Strong eye for user experience and strong experience working on UIs

UI Developer
VueJS and AngularJS with an ASP. NET Backend (C# / .Net)
Additional development support
Gather data
Partner with Data Analyst and Product manager - work on a scrum team of engineers (roughly 6 engineers)
Work on main product platform (web)
Code daily (100% contribution)
Contribute to product feature development and fixes
Perform research and guide how best to implement specific features or technologies to fulfill product requirements
Plan, design, and implement improvements to product usability and analytics gathering system
Collaborate with the Product manager - look at the UI, gather requirements, and plan out changes to the UI based on patterns
