Job Title : Product Specialist

Duration : Contract to Hire
Compensation Range : $25-30 Per Hour W2

Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Must haves :
Comfortable cold-calling and speaking with customers / vendors live
MS Office PowerPoint Excel - understanding to learn about it - will be given templates
Reach out to vendors Communications - proactive communicator
Experience around technologies
YOE- 1-3 years of experience
Tenacity and willingness to learn
Ex. Title : product specialist, market specialist titles
Nice to haves :
Experience reaching out to software companies to build vendor relations
Salesforce
Day to day :
Googling and reading press releases
Market research
Digging up information, unearthing new vendors, and coming up with solutions
Going after specific vendors, reaching out / cold calling them, making introductions, and building rapport. Sit and Q&A.
Run weekly vendor meetings to discuss what is and isn't working
Reaching out to grocery tech vendors
Calling and asking vendors if there is a potential opportunity for business together
