Overview : As a Systems Engineer IV at our company, you will spearhead the management and deployment of our digital signage across various retail merchandise brands, including in-store and corporate office setups. Your expertise will primarily focus on digital media solutions, enhancing our advertising and informational display systems. This role combines technical acumen with strong vendor and project management skills to deliver high-quality digital signage experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Manage and coordinate with two primary vendors providing technical support and services for our digital signage systems.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of digital signage, including media players and content management systems.
- Set up, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV equipment for executive support within corporate offices.
- Ensure strong organization, time management, and excellent customer service to maintain effective project delivery and technical operations.
- Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effective management of expectations.
