Location : Remote Permanent

Compensation Range : $130-150 K Rev Share Bonus

Director, Client Partner / Account Director

Client Management (85%)

  • Serves as primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing day-to-day needs, having a deep understanding of the client's business, and serving as a trusted advisor and partner for clients across all activities included in the scope of work.
  • Acts as the voice of the client within our agency, ensuring all needs, details, goals, and business objectives are communicated to the entire team.
  • Builds and nurtures client relationships rooted in trust, building rapport with all client
  • stakeholders, proactively addressing client needs and resolving challenges in a timely manner.
  • Oversees the delivery team managing individual channel activity for their clients, ensuring every deliverable ladders back to client objectives, and is delivered on time and with exceptional quality of work.
  • Reviews the holistic plan across channels, and makes recommendations to key client stakeholders surrounding how our initiatives across all channels are driving measurable impact to their business, while consistently sharing key learnings and recommendations for ongoing improvement
  • Key leader for internal team members, mentoring, coaching, and providing frequent updates and feedback regarding how we need to engage and deliver for the clients.
  • Taps into internal resources and leadership to ensure client needs are being met
  • Collaborates agency wide, leaning into new business, marketing, people teams, product
  • development and others to ensure client needs are at the forefront and fully integrated into future agency initiatives.
  • Accountable to client satisfaction, retention and growth.
  • Cross sells additional services, leading ideation, content creation, and tapping into internal resources to help secure incremental revenue and client growth.
  • Demonstrates a strategic mindset and consistently thinks about how to further improve, expand and evolve client strategies
  • Continuously working to identify new opportunities for clients and leads the development of materials & presentations, leading the overarching story and presentation to the client.
  • Owns client presentations and deliverables, serving as the final set of eyes before delivering to clients.
  • Stays informed on industry trends, enabling more thoughtful recommendations and allowing for proactive discussions with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and thought leader.
  • Work with clients and capability partners to drive client growth
  • Inspire clients with storytelling skills
  • Provide deliverables within agreed upon deadlines
  • Participate in new business pitches, assists in leading the story and overall approach for prospective clients, ultimately seeing that through to close, onboarding, and ongoing account management

People Leadership & General Agency Responsibilities (15%) :

  • Leads a team of direct reports, facilitating performance reviews and providing consistent coaching and feedback, supporting overall employee growth and identifying internal mobility opportunities
  • Develops junior talent through frequent coaching, mentoring, education, and leading by example
  • Capable of leading difficult conversations with clarity, consistency and professionalism.
  • Manages internal requirements and documentation such as forecasting requests, account plans, client status documents, etc
  • Is a champion for change, helping teams navigate staffing changes and general evolution, ensuring transitions happen smoothly and effectively.
  • Instills a culture of accountability, discipline, and pride across the total business with a view to being the best agency in the industry
  • Foster Professional Growth : Lead the development and execution of learning and development programs that align with both individual and team career growth goals, ensuring ongoing skill enhancement and professional advancement.
  • Optimize Resource Deployment : Ensure that resources (human, financial, technological)
  • are allocated effectively across clients, balancing the needs of clients, teams, and
  • organizational goals to maximize efficiency and outcomes. The Allocation model is up
  • to date with the most accurate data on an ongoing basis.

  • Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • 4 years people management experience
  • Extensive experience with brand and digital activations
  • Collaborative and dynamic disposition with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to be decisive and true in conviction; driven and logical thinker
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example and perform well under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
