Job Title : Packaging Project Manager
Location-Type : Hybrid (3 days on-site in NYC; 2 days remote)

Duration : 1–2 month contract (potential to extend)
Compensation Range : $38-44 / hour W2
Job Description :
Lead and manage luxury packaging projects from concept to pre-production, supporting holiday gifting initiatives, influencer kits, and VIP client experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Oversee gift-with-purchase packaging for eCommerce and retail, managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate the sampling process, present to C-suite executives, and communicate feedback to vendors.
- Collaborate with creative directors, product development teams, and external vendors to ensure brand alignment.
- Manage timelines for holiday packaging projects, from initial briefs to pre-production stages.
- Handle special edition packaging, influencer gifting, and high-value client kits.
- Provide clear project updates, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality output aligned with luxury standards.
Requirements :
5 years of experience in packaging project management
Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or jewelry industries.
Salary : $38 - $44
