Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Service Cloud expertise to join our team. This role requires a mix of hands-on development, project management, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience managing offshore development teams, leading Salesforce migrations and integrations, and working across multiple projects. Strong communication, collaboration, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead and manage offshore development teams (6-7 developers).
- Work across multiple projects, including migrations, cloud implementations, and integrations with platforms like ServiceNow.
- Ensure high-quality development standards and best practices in Salesforce architecture and coding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers while remaining hands-on in development.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Experience managing offshore development teams and overseeing project execution.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and migration projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple projects.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce Surveys.
- Exposure to AI and AI-related projects within Salesforce.
- Previous experience in the K-12 or education sector.
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
