Compensation Range: $55-62/hr W2
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to manage Agile workstreams in a large-scale SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience leading Scrum teams, with a proven track record in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will be responsible for managing project deliverables within scope, budget, and timelines while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile workstreams, including 1 or 2 Scrum teams or the Scrum of Scrums.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters on a scaled project.
- Ensure project outcomes meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Report to the Project Management Council, escalating risks/issues when necessary.
- Ensure proper onboarding and alignment of all project team members, including sponsors and business leads.
- Lead sprint planning and own the project/sprint plan creation, management, and reporting.
- Communicate ongoing project status, progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Obtain approvals for project deliverables.
- Adhere to client's project governance and gate review processes.
Must-Haves:
- 5 years of experience leading Scrum teams using Agile methodology.
- Scrum Master Certification.
- 5 years of experience with Waterfall methodology.
- Project management experience in full SAP implementation projects.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
