Job Description :
Lead and manage a team within an internal agency setting, overseeing marketing account management for high-profile clients. Drive omnichannel marketing strategies, manage budgets, and foster strong client relationships.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Oversee a team of up to five marketing professionals
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, direct mail, events, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, meeting weekly in person
- Develop and manage budgets ranging from $4M-$6M
- Collaborate with analytics teams for data-driven decision-making
- Ensure seamless workflow management and project execution
- Function as a strategic business leader within the organization
