Overview:
We are seeking a driven and passionate Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paid search with experience managing multiple campaigns across diverse industries, including retail and healthcare. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a small agency environment, working across a broad range of accounts and driving impactful results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize 200 paid search campaigns for individual retail store locations.
- Develop keyword strategies, perform keyword research, and create campaign structures aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with internal Data & Insights teams to analyze performance data and craft optimization recommendations.
- Provide strategic insights and performance reports to clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist in campaign planning, including developing new initiatives and supporting the execution of campaign strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, product updates, and emerging paid search tools to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest best practices.
- Support ad hoc requests for new campaign initiatives and reporting needs.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Paid Search with a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns.
- Experience in an agency environment (small agency experience preferred).
- Deep understanding of PPC strategies, including keyword research, bid strategies, and campaign structuring.
- Strong analytical skills with experience setting up tests and making data-driven recommendations.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience working with Retail and Ecommerce clients.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns from start to finish, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and strategies to clients.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Healthcare clients or sensitive verticals with regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing Local Retail campaigns.
- Familiarity with Demandgen and Paymax Performance Campaigns.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
