We have been retained by a $10 billion AUM hedge fund specializing in structured fixed income (CRE, CMBS, RMBS, ABS, etc.) that is seeking a talented CRE/CMBS Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated underwriting at both the property and bond levels. This person will report directly into the Head of US Structured Credit.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) underwriting. While buy-side experience is a plus, candidates with a background in banking or rating agencies are also encouraged to apply. Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Python are key to success in this role.
