My client, a leading multi-strategy hedge fund is seeking a Head of Enterprise Data Management to join their team in New York.
As the Head of Enterprise Data Management, this candidate will have the opportunity to build out a team and lead the architecture for the data management practice. This position will report directly into the CTO with the opportunity to make an impact from day one.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and leadership experience in managing a complex and critical data platform, ideally within the financial industry. The role is a mix of hands-on implementation and management responsibilities – leading a core group of skilled data architects and developers.
The successful candidate will have experience building with modern technologies for transaction management, data warehouses, ETL, Data catalog, lineage both within on-prem and cloud based data centers. Experience in the Financial Services domain specifically across Residential Loans, MBS, Repos, Interest Rate Swaps, and Futures is highly preferred.
