Investment Manager (Private Credit - Asset Manager or Restructuring Profile)

The client is a leading private credit house that is looking for an asset manager or restructuring profile who would like to pursue a more commercial, transaction-focused portfolio/investment management role.

This is a unique opportunity somebody working in private equity or private credit to move to an Investment Team.

Responsibilities include:

• Deal Support – Pre & Post Acquisition
• Investment due diligence and analysis
• Partner closely with Sponsors
• Restructuring or Workout of distressed assets
• Deliver portfolio performance metrics using portfolio modeling
• Support fundraise initiatives
• Oversight of portfolio liquidity and cash flow forecasting

You will be in an asset manager or restructuring role currently. You will have strong modeling skills, be a strong communicator, and have a can-do attitude. It’s a fast-paced role and comes with the pressure of working in a transaction-focused environment.
