The appoint holder is the senior principal engineer that is responsible for the design of enterprise architecture for applications running on cloud platforms including on-premise cloud, commercial cloud and SaaS cloud. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Principal Engineer to serve as a Cloud Enterprise Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing both application and infrastructure architecture across our cloud environment. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and robust security practices. You will be instrumental in defining and evolving our cloud architecture strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformational projects. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be crucial to safeguarding our systems, data, and customer trust.
What you will be working on :
- Architectural Leadership :
Design and lead the implementation of cloud-native and hybrid applications and infrastructure solutions that meet business, technical, and security requirements.
Provide technical leadership for integrating enterprise applications with cloud platforms, optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability.
Partner with product, engineering, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
Stay current with emerging cloud and cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the organization’s cloud capabilities.
What we are looking for :
All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
