We are looking for a creative, strategic, and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist to help us take our campaigns to the next level. If you love crafting automated journeys, geeking out over lead scoring strategies, and connecting the dots between marketing and sales using an effective tech stack including marketing automation and CRM platforms — this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimize our ActiveCampaign marketing automation strategy, developing personalized, scalable campaigns using email, landing pages, lead scoring, and more.
- Serve as the lead admin for Zapier, ActiveCampaign & Salesforce, managing marketing journeys and ensuring seamless data integration and lead handoffs to Sales.
- Build automations and integrations using native/direct connections or tools like Zapier to streamline workflows across our tech stack.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models to align marketing efforts with sales-readiness and boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Support, and Product to craft compelling stories and turn them into high-impact campaigns.
- Write and edit content for email, landing pages, and more — delivering the right message at the right time.
- Participate in all stages of the creative process — from brainstorming to execution.
- Produce and analyze weekly/monthly marketing performance reports, helping the team make data-informed decisions.
- Translate technical insights into simple, engaging messages for a variety of audiences.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with integrated marketing automation and CRM platforms and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Metabase. Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Active Campaign, Zapier and Salesforce are a plus.
- Proficient in writing various marketing copy, including email, landing page, and A/B testing subject lines and copy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between creative, technical, and strategic teams.
- Experience creating lead nurturing workflows and building high-performing lead scoring systems.
