The Financial Planning Client Services Coordinator is an essential member of the financial planning team, responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences and seamless administrative support. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating between clients and financial advisors, and managing workflows to deliver tailored financial solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication throughout the financial planning process.
- Assist financial advisors in preparing client presentations, reports, and documents, including investment summaries and account updates.
- Coordinate client onboarding, including gathering necessary documentation, setting up accounts, and explaining the process to clients.
- Manage and track client service workflows to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, documenting all interactions and updates.
- Liaise with investment platforms, insurance providers, and other financial institutions to facilitate transactions and resolve client account issues.
- Conduct routine follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address changes in financial needs, and offer assistance as required.
- Support the financial planning team with administrative tasks, including compliance-related requirements and data entry.
