About the Role :
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the development and execution of new AI technologies into scalable, user-focused products that will define the next generation of software interaction. This role requires a visionary approach and a robust understanding of both market demands and technological advancements. Your leadership will bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and practical, market-ready products that meet the needs of millions around the globe.
Responsibilities :
- Define the product vision and roadmap for MultiOn’s AI agent technology, focusing on features that enhance user interaction and autonomy.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineering, design, and research to deliver innovative product solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to position our AI products at the forefront of the industry.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, business priorities, and technical complexity.
- Conduct user research and usability studies to refine product features and ensure our products deliver value and an exceptional user experience.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and beyond, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging risk-taking and innovative thinking.
